In this article, you will find the steps to connect your Norton courseware to Blackboard Learn and/or Blackboard Ultra views using the Follett-Willo Digital Delivery 1.1 tool with your campus program.
Part One: Pairing Your Course
Step 1.
Navigate into your Blackboard course.
Step 2.
For Blackboard Learn users, click into a Content Area on the left-menu of your Blackboard course (or you may choose to create a brand new Content Area). Content Areas are menu items listed on the left-menu of your course.
Step 3.
In the Content Area selected (1) Ebook and Courseware (2) click Build Content (3) Click Follett-Willo Digital Delivery 1.3 from the list of tools that appear from the drop-down.
For Blackboard Ultra users, please click View course & institution tools located under the Books & Tools heading on the left-menu of your Blackboard Ultra course.
a) A list of Instructor Tools will appear on the right-menu. Please click on Follett-Willo Digital Delivery 1.1.
b) If you do not see the Follett-Willo Digital Delivery 1.1 tool listed from the right-menu, please click on the option to Browse all course tools located at the bottom of this menu.
From the list of all instructor tools, please find and click on Follett-Willo Digital Delivery 1.1 from the list presented to you.
Step 4.
Click the Continue in a new window button.
Step 5.
You should now see a screen where you can auto-pair with your courseware. If you teach more than one course using your school's inclusive program, you may see multiple courses to select. Please be careful about the materials that you are selecting.
You should see a single course or a selection of courses to choose from. If the correct course information appears, click the appropriate green Select button. If you do not see a course listed, please skip to the Product Token section below.
The header of the selected course materials will be highlighted in green and display a check mark. Select the Review Details button next.
The Review Selected Course Materials screen will appear. Review the course information and ensure it appears correctly. If the course information is correct, select the Confirm Selection button.
Click the Confirm Selection button. The screen will display that the course was paired successfully. Next, select the Course Management button and skip to Step 8.

Using your Product Token
Using a Product Token - Enter the product token that was provided to you. If you cannot find your product token, please Submit a Request to Willo Labs. then click Verify. Confirm that your course details look correct. If everything looks good, select Confirm.
Step 6.
A new screen will pop up confirming that your course has been successfully paired.
Next, click on the Course Management button:

Part Two: Adding Norton Links to Your Blackboard Course
Step 7.
On the next screen, click Add Product Links.
Step 8.
For Follett-Willo Digital Delivery 1.1
i) Check the boxes next to Course Support, Instructor Self Service and any courseware links you would like to add to your course. Click the Next Step button when you are done.
NOTE: The Instructor Self Service link will bring you to the Course Management page where you can adjust certain course details if necessary. If you feel this will be a useful function to have, please feel free to select the Instructor Self Service link in addition to the other links. If you do add the Instructor Self Service link to your course, be sure to keep it hidden from students.
ii) Then, select the radio button for Push Links Directly to My Course and hit Submit.
iii) Once the links have been successfully pushed to your course, you will see the following screen. You can now close this window.
Step 9.
The next screen will let you know that the links have been added to your course.
NOTE: This may take a few moments for this to load.
NOTE: If you are using individual ebook chapter links, you should hide the Ebook Administration link from students to avoid confusion. If you are NOT using ebook chapter links, but are instead using one master ebook link, your should change the name of this link from "Ebook Administration" to "Ebook" or something similar.
NOTE: The Instructor Self-Service link should be hidden from students. This link is for instructor use only and will lead you back to the Course Management page.
Step 10.
Click on any of the Norton links that you've added into your course so that you can proceed to create your Norton student set (Norton course).

Part Three: Pairing your Course with Norton
Step 11.
You will be prompted to log in to your publisher account. You should only have to log in the first time you connect from your Blackboard course. You should not have to log in again when clicking any courseware links in your Blackboard course.
Step 12.
Select Create a New Student set from scratch.
Step 13.
Fill in the details on the next page, including a title for your course, school, and start and end dates. NOTE: Norton has a 35-character limit for course titles.
Step 14.
You may now close this tab on your browser and return to your course.
