In this article, you will find the steps to connect your Macmillan courseware to Blackboard Learn and/or Blackboard Ultra views using the Follett-Willo Digital Delivery 1.1 tool with your campus program.
Part One: Pairing Your Course
Step 1.
Navigate into your Blackboard course.
Step 2.
For Blackboard Learn users, click into a Content Area on the left-menu of your Blackboard course (or you may choose to create a brand new Content Area). Content Areas are menu items listed on the left-menu of your course.
Step 3.
In the Content Area selected click Build Content and then from the list of tools that appear from the drop-down menu click Follett-Willo Digital Delivery 1.1.
For Blackboard Ultra users, please click View course & institution tools located under the Books & Tools heading on the left-menu of your Blackboard Ultra course.
a) A list of Instructor Tools will appear on the right-menu. Please click on Follett-Willo Digital Delivery 1.1.
b) If you do not see the Follett-Willo Digital Delivery 1.1 tool listed from the right-menu, please click on the option to Browse all course tools located at the bottom of this menu.
From the list of all instructor tools, please find and click on Follett-Willo Digital Delivery 1.1 from the list presented to you.
Step 4.
Click the Continue in a new window button.
Step 5.
You should now see a course, or a list of courses to choose from if you're teaching multiple courses/sections using Macmillan 1.1. If the correct course information appears, click the appropriate green Select button, then click the Review Details button.
- Note: If the course information is not accurate, you will need to enter a Product Token. Please see the Using your Product Token section below for more information.
Step 6.
On the Review Selected Course Materials screen, review the course and product information to ensure it is correct. If the course information is correct, click the Confirm Selection button.
Step 7.
The next screen will display that the course was paired successfully. Click the Course Management button and skip ahead to Step 8.

Using your Product Token
Note: These steps are only necessary if your course materials do not auto-populate in Step 5 above.
To use your Product Token, click the grey I have a Product Token button on the Product Course Pairing page (see step 5 above), then enter the six-digit Product Token number into the empty field. If you do not have a Product Token, please submit a support request.
Click the Verify button.
Look over the product and course details and verify that the details are correct. If everything looks good click Course Management and continue to Step 8 below.

Part Two: Adding a Macmillan Link to Your Blackboard Course
Step 8.
On the Course Management page, click Add Product Links.
Step 9.
Select all 3 links, then click Next Step.NOTE: The Instructor Self Service link will bring you to the Course Management page where you can adjust certain course details if necessary. If you feel this will be a useful function to have, please feel free to select the Instructor Self Service link in addition to the other links. If you do add the Instructor Self Service link to your course, be sure to keep it hidden from students.
Step 10.
Now select Push Links Directly to My Course, then click Submit.
Step 11.
Once the content has deployed to your course, return to your Blackboard course.
b) For Blackboard Ultra users, locate a newly created folder in your course titled, Imported Course Resources. You will find this link, along with the Course Support and Instructor Self Service links, in the new Imported Course Resources folder:
Part Three: Pairing Your Course with Your Macmillan Product
Step 12.
Sign into Macmillan using your Macmillan credentials. If you need help with this process, reach out to your Macmillan representative.
Step 13.
Select the Connect with Achieve link at the top of the page to pair your course to your Macmillan content.
Step 14.
Select the green Associate button to the right of an existing course to pair with a Macmillan title.
Step 15.
Return to the Macmillan Tools link in your Blackboard course and click it again to navigate to the Macmillan Course Tools page. From the Macmillan Course Tools page, select the second option from the top - Macmillan Content.
Step 16.
Select the content that you wish to display in your course, then click Next: Choose Location in the lower right corner.
Step 17.
Click the drop down menu at the top center to select the module(s) where the content will be deployed. Then, click Deploy Selected Content in the lower right corner.
Return to your Blackboard course where you will find the freshly imported Macmillan link(s).
Your Macmillan Course is now paired with your Blackboard course!
