In this article, you will find the steps to connect your Sage Vantage courseware to Brightspace/D2L using the Follett-Willo Digital Delivery 1.3 tool with your campus program.
Part One: Pairing Your Course
Step 1.
Navigate to your course in Brightspace/D2L. Click on the Content tab at the top left.
Step 2.
Click Add a module and name that module Course Resources or similar. Click into that module.
Step 3.
In the newly-created module, click Existing Activities and select Follett-Willo Digital Delivery 1.3 from that menu.
Step 4.
Click Continue in a new window.
Step 5.
You should see a single course, or a selection of courses to choose from if you're teaching multiple courses / sections. If the correct course information appears, click the appropriate green Select button.
If you do not see a course listed, or if the course information is incorrect, please skip to the Product Token section below.
Step 6.
On the Review Selected Course Materials screen, review the course and product information to ensure it is correct. If the course information is correct, click the Confirm Selection button.
Step 7.
The next screen will display a message indicating that the course was paired successfully. Click the Course Management button and skip ahead to Step 8.

Using your Product Token
NOTE: This step is only necessary if your course materials do not auto-populate in Step 5.
To use your Product Token, enter the six-digit Product Token, then click Verify. If you do not have a Product Token, please email facultysetup@follett.com.
Look over the product and course details and verify that the details are correct. If everything looks good, proceed with the course pairing by clicking Course Management.

Part Two: Adding links to your course
Step 8.
On the next screen, click the Add Publisher Links tile, then click Continue to Sage Vantage.
Step 9.
If you have already created a Sage Vantage course for this term, it will appear listed on your Sage Vantage dashboard. Select the course you will use for this term.
If your Sage Vantage dashboard indicates No active course found, click the Go to Vantage button.
Step 10.
The Sage dashboard will display previous courses which can be copied to a new course for the upcoming term. Click the gear icon in the top-right corner of a previous term's course and select Copy.
Step 11.
You will be prompted to edit the details for your new course. Fill in the requested information, then click Next.
Step 12.
In the middle of the screen, you can filter by Assignment type as well as by Chapter and/or individual or All Assignments. Check the Link to Course boxes to the right of Course Dashboard and any assignments you'd like to link to in your course, then click Continue.
Step 13.
You will be prompted to review the selected assignments. Click the Continue button to add links to these assignments to your Brightspace/D2L course.
Part Three: Accessing Sage Content in Brightspace
Step 14.
Once the assignments have synced to your Brightspace/D2L course, you will be prompted to return to your course.
The assignment links will appear in your Course Resources module (or similarly named module) .
Step 15.
Click on the Course Dashboard link you created in Step 12 above. If you are prompted to select your Academic Term, please do so from the drop down menu, then click Submit. If you are not prompted to select your Academic Term, please proceed to the next step.
Step 16.
Students can now use the Sage Vantage assignment links in your Brightspace/D2L course to access and complete the assignments.
To add additional Sage Vantage content-specific links into your course, complete steps 2-4, 8-9, and 12-13 above. These links will take the student to those specific assignments.
- Select Follett-Willo Digital Delivery 1.3 from the Existing Activities menu in your course module.
- Click Add Publisher Links, then click Continue to Sage Vantage.
- Now utilize the Select Assignments to Sync with Your LMS screen.
- Navigate back to your Brightspace/D2L course and the additional links will be added to the Course Resources module (or similarly named module) at the bottom of the modules page.
