For technical questions regarding access to your courseware:
If you are encountering problems with gaining access to your course materials please send an email to email@example.com. It is important to include the following information in your support ticket to help expedite the process:
- Course name and number
- screenshots of what you are encountering
You also can submit a ticket to Support from your course. Inside your LMS course you will see a link titled Course Support. You can use this link to create a support ticket to contact us. Be sure to fill out all the fields and attach any screenshots you can.
